We hear that Salman Khan will begin work on Kick 2 post-Loveratri, his home production film starring Ayush Sharma and newcomer Warina Hussain. Meanwhile work is on in full swing with Kick 2, the sequel to Kick starring Salman and Jacqueline Fernandez.
Sajid Nadiadwala made his directorial debut with Kick which went on to do wonders at the box-office. Speculations were rife as to who would be the chosen actress to star opposite Salman in the sequel. Some even speculated that Jacqueline would be seen in the sequel as well. And why not? Kick gave Jacqueline the biggest hit of her career so far.
Salman Khan’s Devil character from 2014 film Kick will be back next year as director Sajid Nadiadwala plans to make Kick 2.
Slated for a release in Christmas 2019, there are reports that British actress Amy Jackson will star opposite Salman instead of Jacqueline Fernandez — who starred in the first film, Kick.
2014 release Kick was directed by Sajid Nadiadwala and was the official remake of the 2009 Telugu movie Kick and the Tamil movie Thillalangadi. The movie also starred Jacqueline Fernandez, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Randeep Hooda in pivotal roles.
Amy has previously worked with Salman’s brothers Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan in Freaky Ali and will be seen in Shankar’s 2.0 which also stars Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.
