The fans of the daily show Shashi Sumeet Production’s Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat hai are on a journey of their own these days. Set in 1990s, this beautiful love story about adolescent love between Sameer (Randeep Rai) and Naina (Ashi Singh) is already a rage among the viewers of all age groups. However, what has stirred a very sensitive chord in the hearts of the fans is the beautiful Love Confession track, where Naina and Sameer say the “Three Magical Words” to each other.

How the track unfolded, Sameer helps an injured Arjun (Somy Solanki), Naina’s brother, lift the man of the match trophy and a car. This ended the ongoing feud between the two most important boys in Naina’s life, and they Hugged after the match. Naina felt a need to say those much awaited words. The love confession happened in their school, inside their classroom. The exact place where their story unfolded.
After the love confession, the fans of the show came out in large number to express their joy over the most awaited track.
As told by the producers of this show, Shashi and Sumeet Mittal, it is their story. The two met back in school in class 11, and fell in love, exactly like Sameer and Naina did.
Now, the question is, what is so unique about this particular track, or show or these characters. The answer is the piousness, purity and innocence of their love. For both it is their first love, they are still 16 and 17 years old. Where in every other show we get to see a trip or a catch, bangle and cuff links tangling, and a lot if sexual tension, which creates “chemistry” between the leads, in this show we witness “Masoom Nirdosh Pyaar”, the Platonic aspect of love. A love which does not need “touch” to express itself. Their eyes do all the talking; they communicate through them. All the emotions are displayed though their expressions, face up.
Though the show is also expected to show the lives of Sameer and Naina post their school, and that track is also awaited by fans. But for now, watching these love birds playing on the swings in their school, stealthy talking over the phone and doing the pen tapping in the class is what all are enjoying.
